What Everything Panama is

Everything Panama is an introduction and coordination service. We connect people moving to or investing in Panama with independent professionals we have used and trust.

We are not a law firm. We are not a bank or a financial institution. We are not an insurance broker or agent. We are not a medical provider or a clinic. We are not licensed to practise any of those professions, and we do not.

How we are paid

Everything Panama is free for you to use. There is no charge to ask, and no fee for an introduction.

We receive a referral fee from some of the professionals we introduce you to, if and when you engage them. That is how the network pays for itself.

We say so plainly because our usefulness depends on sending you to the right person rather than the highest paying one. A referral fee never decides who we introduce you to, and you are always free to use someone else, including someone you find yourself.

Nothing here is professional advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, insurance or medical advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship between us.

Your circumstances change the answer. Take advice from a qualified professional, licensed in the relevant field and jurisdiction, before you make a decision or spend money.

The professionals we introduce are independent

Lawyers, bankers, brokers, agents, movers and clinics we introduce you to run their own businesses. They set their own fees, give their own advice and are responsible for their own work.

Any engagement is between you and them directly. We are not a party to it. We do not supervise their work and we are not liable for it. We introduce people we would use ourselves, which is not the same as a guarantee.

Figures and rules change

The residency thresholds, timelines, tax treatment and currency information on this site were verified in August 2026 from public sources. Panamanian immigration and tax rules change, sometimes at short notice, and one threshold on this site is already scheduled to change on 15 October 2026.

We update the site when we learn of changes, but we cannot promise it is current at the moment you read it. Confirm anything that matters with us or with a licensed professional before you rely on it.

No promise of an outcome

Nothing here is a promise that a visa will be granted, that a bank will open an account, that a property will hold its value, that an insurer will accept you, or that any application will succeed. Those decisions belong to immigration authorities, banks, insurers and other third parties, not to us.

Medical and stem cell treatment

We arrange introductions, appointments and logistics around medical visits. We do not give medical advice, we do not diagnose, we do not recommend treatments and we make no claim about what any treatment achieves.

Any decision about treatment is between you and a qualified physician.

The residency check tool

The residency questionnaire on this site is a starting point that points you at a likely route from four questions. It is not an eligibility assessment and it is not legal advice. Only an immigration lawyer reviewing your documents can tell you what you actually qualify for.

We link to the Facebook group, to partner businesses and to other sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including decisions taken without professional advice.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and the courts of Panama have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
